Phoenix at the Asian Utility Week 2015, 9 -10 June 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand. Asian Utility Week 2015 is a large scale exhibition and conference series focused on the technology strategies behind ASEAN’s largest utilities – power, gas and water. It is focused on the technology strategies behind ASEAN’s largest utilities, in particular the distribution and retail sectors and the integration of distributed generation assets within the grid. The event has a long history in metering and smart grid strategies, clean energy, T&D, and Billing/CRM.
Investor owned and public utilities are at a crossroads having to deal with multiple issues and uncertainties like mounting technical and commercial losses, rising cost of energy or water resources, regulatory hurdles to raise tariffs, aging infrastructure and workforce, need to invest in smart grid technologies as mandated, increasing customer aspirations in a digital era and now the trend towards energy self-sufficiency thanks to distributed renewable generation and net metering. Our robust Fluentgrid Smart Utility product suite span the entire spectrum of utility operations including prospect to cash, revenue protection, customer care and engagement, smart metering to smart grids, asset management and maintenance, advanced analytics and so on.
