Fluentgrid has achieved yet another milestone by bagging the prestigious India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) Innovation Awards 2020 – Platinum Award in the category “Best Smart Grid Project in India by Technology Company” on 06th March 2020. The Award was presented by Mr. V. Subramanian, I.A.S. former Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Govt of India and Mr. Reji Pillai, President, ISGF & Chairman Global Smart Grid Federation (GSGF) at the India Smart Utility Week (ISUW) 2020, The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi.
ISGF Innovation Awards instituted in 2017 is aimed to recognize and to celebrate organizations (utilities and technology companies), projects, products and personalities that have set a new benchmark in Electricity, Gas and Water Sectors. Till last year ISGF had identified and recognized more than 123 such organizations/ individuals. The 4th Edition of ISGF Innovation Awards 2020 were conferred to the Winners on 06 March 2020 in New Delhi.

The Award has been conferred to Fluentgrid by a jury consisting of experts and eminent personalities from the Industry and academia, for its smart Grid project implementation at Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. (UGVCL). Fluentgrid has provided the IT System integration services for Implementation of Smart Grid Pilot Project at UGVCL for the following components: Data Centre setup including hardware and software, Fluentgrid Meter Data Management System(MDMS), Fluentgrid Peak Load Management System(PLM), Consumer Portal and Mobile App. Fluentgrid has completed the data centre setup and successfully implemented it’s Meter Data Management(MDM) product, Consumer Portal and Mobile App.
Fluentgrid also received an appreciation memento for participating as a Technology Partner at India Smart Utility Week 2020 (ISUW) from 3rd – 7th March in The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Murali Krishna Gannamani, CEO & Managing Director, said, this award is an acknowledgement of our commitment to innovate and make a mark on technology leadership in niche areas to make Utilities more efficient and profitable.
