Fluentgrid offers managed services through its wholly owned subsidiary Enserve Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. Key offerings revolve around application development, maintenance support, back office, customer facing and field services to our utility and city customers, improving their process efficiency and freeing up their resources to focus on their core operations.
Fluentgrid’s CIS product modules are used as a platform to offer these services, ensuring precise metering, accurate billing and improved collection efficiency, resulting in reduced losses and increased cash flow. We have an operational methodology to ensure service delivery as per SLAs and continuous process improvement.
Customer care services, backed by our time-tested CIS/CRM product line, allows utilities and cities to offer flexibility in service delivery through multiple channels, continuously upgrade SLAs in line with increasing expectations and dig through data to gain better insights to proactively roll out consumer engagement programs.
These kiosks and their user interfaces are made to be user friendly and convenient with minimal footprint and do not mandate air conditioned environment. Kiosk transactions, diagnostics and its physical security can be monitored remotely with our command center interface with detailed reports, dashboards and video monitoring. Currently, our kiosks’ service territory spans about 16.5 million end-consumers across India.
We have a large pool of software development resources on Enterprise Java and .NET technologies with extensive experience in product development, customization, deployment, large scale turnkey system integration, database or application performance tuning, remote infrastructure monitoring and so on.
Enserve is also offering field services for smart meter replacement in AMI and smart grid projects. Smart meter replacement is a complex job starting with field survey and mapping, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and reaching out to consumers to clear their apprehensions, installation and commissioning followed by maintenance support. We take care of this responsibility relieving the utilities and system integrators to focus on bigger tasks.
We will also help you prepare and maintain a disaster management strategy for business continuity. Our services in this area include remote surveillance, incident management and any other custom operational monitoring scenario. Big data and machine learning technologies are used to train the system to increase the effectiveness of surveillance and operational intelligence.
