Our kiosks are available in both free standing and wall-mounted versions and they work in both online and offline modes.

These kiosks and their user interfaces are made to be user friendly and convenient with minimal footprint and do not mandate air conditioned environment. Kiosk transactions, diagnostics and its physical security can be monitored remotely with our command center interface with detailed reports, dashboards and video monitoring. We were the pioneers in conducting pole-to-pole survey (aka consumer indexing) of utility consumers to detect unmetered, unbilled and wrongly billed consumers and then mapping the consumers from feeder to transformer to pole to meter. Field survey and GIS mapping services ensure accurate inventory of consumers, assets and their position on the distribution network with a geospatial view, helping he utilities take better decisions with respect to supply, maintenance and expansion.

Enserve is also offering field services for smart meter replacement in AMI and smart grid projects. Smart meter replacement is a complex job starting with field survey and mapping, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and reaching out to consumers to clear their apprehensions, installation and commissioning followed by maintenance support.
